    Zero stars. Completely unprofessional. Technician came to the house and did not listen to complaint that was given, snaked one drain and demanded payment on the spot. He was there 4 mins and the charge was almost $500 to snake a drain in the kitchen. Which wasn't even the problem. The draining is*** in the basement still persisted. The technician never checked to see if any is*** was fixed. We were very unhappy with the service and we STILL HAD THE SAME PROBLEM, so we put a stop payment on the check. All Clear's response to that was not a phone call, instead they chose to send the technician back to the house and ring my door **** repeatedly! When no one answered since no one was home the technician got back in his truck and waited. And kept waiting. And waited some more. I noticed this on my ring door bell camera and called All Clear to let them know this felt like harassment. Over the phone they threatened to *** in civil court. There are a million other plumbers in the area. All of which will be much more helpful.
