I paid $4,000 to have a custom-made computer that was supposed to be made from top of the line/latest technology. What I received was a computer that I have been told is worth $720 tops for the parts that were put into it (parts mostly from 2012 and 2013). I had an IT expert examine the computer and give me his opinion, and he also gave me a list of the components that went into this computer with the value of each in dollars. Very poorly put together with parts that are old technology, as I was told by the IT expert "it's as though someone threw parts together they had lying around and sold it that way." Nothing professional about the way it was made. I believe that when my husband told the owner of this business that he had money coming from a slip-and-fall injury, this person decided to take advantage of his kind and trusting nature by promising to put together a top-of-the-line computer for him. He took $4,000 in payment to create this computer, all the while telling my husband that this computer would be worth much more than that. We have been ripped off, and it's very upsetting that my husband trusted this person only to be taken advantage of by him. I don't know how he stays in business, as I have since seen many complaints about him and the way he conducts his business in a website that gives people the chance to give advice about different businesses, including who you should or should not deal with.
