    on 9/5/24 i contracted with belmar plumbing and heating to install a new water heater for the price of $3437.96 which i paid in full (as per my bill/contract/receipt) via my **** card. when i received my **** bill for the month i noticed that belmar plumbing and heating charged me 2 separate times the $3437.96 amount . on 9/16/24 i contacted their office and was told that they had to talk to the company owner,matt about this. on 9/17/24 i was able to contact the owner who told me he had not been told about this issue of being over charged . he told me he would have to talk to his finance dept. and would get back to me. since that time no one has contacted me and no one answers the phone , or responds to any of my emails. i have also filed a formal dispute with **** concerning the 2 separate payments.. on 10/15/24 i received a new **** bill that now includes 2 additional payments of $3437.96, neither of which was approved by me, to belmar plumbing and heating, which means they have received $13751.84 for a $3437.96 water heater installation. i am therefor requesting that action be taken for me to obtain a refund of $10313.88 for this over charge and for this company to stop charging me any further thank you
