    Booked and canceled within less than 12 hours, reached out to the hotel about the multiple complaints of bedbugs within less than a week ago. Stated I didnt meet the 7day before stay requirements for refund. Advised I reserved for Saturday which is 4 days before stay and I canceled due to the health condition, the employee stated that I should of done my research and to call the better business bureau since Im not happy.
