    I purchased a hair dryer that I can not use due to my arthritis. I called and spoke apparently to the "manager" woman who did not want to be there. I called two more times to get another person which I could not. I received a call back from a nice woman and she said I could exchange what i have purchased for something else. She said she put my email in to have it notify me, what they lie about is you have to pay to ship it back and then they deduct the shipping you already paid for from your refund even though you have already paid to ship it back. Does that make sense, no it does not. They are rude and honestly should not be in business. Returns No Return Will Be Accepted Without A Return Authorization Number. If your appliance becomes defective within the manufacturer's warranty period (maximum 2 years), we will replace the appliance for you. All you need is a return authorization from us.

You have purchased from us in the past and we have waived the policy for you, we are not willing to do this again.  Our policy is clearly stated on our website and has been explained to you via email and over the phone.  You are welcome to return the item to us under our return policy.
