      I just had the worst simply the worst customer service just now. My fiance called about his refund that he was suppose to get on last month. One refund was for $10 in which he got sent back to his lock box, but he never received the $90. We called today like 4 times and talked to different representatives and they kept putting us on hold. Then each one had a different story about the $90 refund. One said it been sent out and one said that it was just sent out. We asked each of them for a date that they sent out the refund and they put us on hold then came back and said they dont have that information. So i politely told the one man that I was gonna reach out to the Better Business Bureau and he replied back and said "you can call the president if you want" they all were so very disrespectful and rude. All we want is my fiance refund back, because they said last month that they didnt have his item that he wanted to purchase.. Please reach out to me & thank you!!

      The answer to your question does not change because you did not like the answer the first, second or third time. His refund has been processed. If the refund does not post to his account in 3 month, ask the facility to call us for clarification. By the way - what is the offender DOC number?
