    A horrible experience even attempting to rent from this leasing office. Initially, the woman ********** seemed nice but they do very under handed business. I applied and she told me there are other prospects but I can put a hold on the apartment and if nobody took it then I would be next for the apartment. She said the holding fee was refundable if you do not get the apartment which I did not. I was never notified of the decision until I constantly kept calling and calling until I got a response for her to finally answer and say Oh you didnt get it, they didnt tell you? That was the first issue she was very unprofessional but then I ask for the reimbursement of the holding fee to be returned she asked for my name and card info over the phone which I gave it to her and she said my refund should be back on my card in 5-7 days. I waited 2 weeks before I called again but of course they stop answering. A few more weeks go by so I decide to go down to the leasing office and the same lady is there acting confused like you didnt get the money we sent it to your old address. Now remember she said on the phone it would be refunded to my card info a week at the most. So I ended up calling law enforcement and they said they could not do anything because they said they would send a new check to my new address since I had finally found a different apartment. This all happened well before the new year. It is now May 30th, 2025 months and months later and still no check to my address. Do not rent with this leasing company because after looking at the reviews I see that residents complain about horrible living conditions, people that apply get ripped off and they are scamming people out of hard earned money. I even put in a case with their management company *************** and it seems they told me they were building a case and I heard from the case manager twice and never again. They also sent me a nasty email for calling the police. Please save yourself the trouble.

    This is a terrible place to live. The apartments are mice and ***** infested. The staff is terrible. *******************, the property manager is a bully, she enjoys intimidating the residents by stating that she is the final say and the corporate office won't care about the concerns of the residents. Here are some instances that support this,1. The property was negligent with the gas charges for residents. They didn't charge for gas for 3 months, then subsequently added 3 months of gas charges to the rent and enforced late charges if they were not paid. This supports the belief that ***** does not care about the residents and bullies the residents into paying fees that were enforced due to things beyond their control.2. I paid my rent on time and had some trouble paying the utility bill, ******************* told me not to worry about it and that I could pay it later. When I tried to renew my lease a week later, she told me I was unable to because I had a balance, which she advised to pay later, she did not describe the consequences that I would take place. I believe that ***** takes advantage of her power and does not provide adequate information to residents in efforts to get more money out of them.3. I had a concern about rent payment and I asked her what my options were to pay the rent in full. ******************* has locked me out of the payment portal and told me "You can call corporate; all they are going to do is send you back to me." I feel intimidated and trapped living in this complex. I am writing this complaint in efforts to gain access back to the portal and for ******************* to be trained on empathy and professionalism. I used to enjoy living here, but since she has become the Property manager, it has become unbearable to live here, I will not renew once my lease is up. I am saddened that this has been my experience.
