    My boyfriend purchased a THC-O vape device for me from the store on Saturday, October 1st, 2022. The device seemed to be in working condition for the first couple hours that I had it, and stopped working. I charged the device overnight, and it still had e-liquid in it visible enough to see it was still full. The next day, I attempted to use the device, and it lit up when I inhaled, but will not produce vapor or smoke. I did not have a vehicle to return the vape to the store, I also work for several hours a day, several days a week, and attend college full time with 12 credits on my transcript. Therefore, I did not have the time or means to return this item until October 4, 2022 at 8:00pm at night. I requested a replacement device, the store associate advised to me that the store does not issue returns or refunds for any item, referring to a sign at the register stating "All sales are final". I then asked when I could speak with the manager, he refused to offer me a time to speak with the manager, or even simply have the manager call me. I asked him what his name was, he refused to share the information requested. He threatened to call the "cops" on me, and accused me of intoxication. I responded to his accusation stating "No sir, I am not intoxicated, I am upset because your store has sold me a product that is defective, and you refuse to provide me with a replacement or an alternative, or a manager's contact, and/or your name,you just threatened to call the police on me, also, made a false accusation. The specific device costs $45. I couldn't get and did not receive any type of assistance with my complaint about the defective merchandise, and I called the police. When the police arrived, the store associate locked the door and police were not able to complete their investigation. I would like a replacement device or a refund as per, I paid $45 and did not receive the goods that I paid for, or a replacement as far as the defective device the company has sold to me.

    It's unfortunate and sorry to hear about the experience but no device returned of the type of item sold from that vendor as they are always nice. Noramlly convenience stores have policy of no return and was posted on our counter. The item as reported worked fine for two days but the point is it can go bad even if dropped or get hit with something or electric surge or a number of reasons. We go above and beyond sometimes and accept returns in genuine cases but not after two days of use. Requesting customer to let go and resume the relationship as we are here to gain customer confidence and their business in return
