    I took my car in on 8/7 for a leak in my hose. I received a call from Simon from meineke stating the hose could be repaired and had to be replaced. Although, the hose was replaced in February and there should be a year warranty on it. On Saturday, I received a call stating my car was ready and my total was $535. I was unable to retrieve my car on that day so we agreed to a pick up date of 8/12. On 8/12, i received a call from someone from meineke stating they wanted to test drive my car before returning it and my vehicle would be ready no later than 1pm. I went to the shop at 4:15pm after not receiving any updates and was told there computers were down and they were unable to reset my car. There other mechanic would fix it in the am. I received a call on 8/13 stating that my steering wheel was too hard to turn and they were unable to reset my vehicle. They stating the only thing they could do was tow my car to the dealership and have them diagnose it. **** from meineke agreed that they would wave the tow and diagnostics fees. I told **** that they’d have to pay for any additional services due to their mechanic messing up my vehicle. **** agreed. On 8/14 I received a call from Steven from meineke stating that they would not be waving fees due to me not paying them for the work that was done on my vehicle. I explained that everyone would be compensated once I received my vehicle. Moe (the owner) then told the Jeep dealership that they won’t pay for anything.
