Very very disappointed by this company and the install of my Solar panels, the whole entire process has been a mess from day one and continues to be. Where no one is able to answer questions and/or aid me in turning the system on. It appears the paperwork has been lost along the way. Additionally, I have been trying to obtain a battery for the system, which their sales department says I could have installed. However, they refuse to install a battery on to my system. I told them to remove the current system, which isn't operating anyway and re-install with the battery that the sales team says I can have. Their response is NO, Seems very stranger and like a bait and switch type approach to solar. My recommendation, stay away from this company, go to a different one. This one, looses paperwork, doesn't live up to their sales pitch and your system never gets turned on. When I try to return the system, they will not execute on that, so I'm left paying for 2 systems (APS and SunRun/Vision Solar) all for nothing. Very upsetting and even more disturbing is that as a consumer, you have no recourse on the outcome. Doesn't seem right. Very very sad day that we continue to be at the mercy of the huge electrical companies here in the US... seems like a monoploy and not a competitive market as it should be.

Got our solar panels installed on December 2020 by Vision Solar who promised that we will be saving dollars for going SOLAR while helping the environment...YES since Dec 2020.. few more months and it will be 2 years of having a USELESS solar panels on our roof!!! Very poor management without any accountability to customers. How do you expect your business to flourish if you don't deliver your mission to your customers? I demanded for reimbursements and submitted proof of my payments since last year however until now no checks of reimbursements has been received. Today, Vision Solar called that our solar was actually turned on but PSEG(our utility provider) has not given any authorization yet to turn it on so they ask me to turn it off. To my surprise, how did our system turn on when I did not even have any inspection yet from the township and PSEG. This company is so SHADY SHADY!!! Really feel bad for the other victims. Vision Solar company needs to be investigated and scrutinized for having a lot of unhappy and unsatisfied customers.

My experience is pretty much the same customer experience that everyone else has had. When I signed up for services in March of 2022. I was told that this whole process would take between 30 and 90 days and that I would recieve a roof voucher, a one time cost replacement for the solar panels when my roof shingles needed to be replaced, lies. I finally turned the power on to the solar panel in August of 2022. Yes "I", I called to check the status of my solar panels for like the 30th time and I was just told to go outside and flip two switches. Why is the customer having to this? Do the math, this whole project took way longer than 90 days and that was after making several phone calls. My sales rep ******* and ***** No where to found. They make their commission of the sale, they don't return phone calls or text messages. I called customer service to check the status of my roof voucher, they said nothing was documented, I called ******* on 3 way, as soon as i mentioned the roof voucher he hung up the phone. No call back or text message from him. When I called Vision Solar in May of 2022 to see what the hold up was. I was told that I was waiting on the inspection from the city and for the power company to replace my meter. I called Oncor in July of 2022 and they told me that on April 20, Solar Vision was granted permission to operate, April 22, my meter was reprogrammed, and May 3rd my meter was updated and did not require repalcement. So more lies from Vision Solar. Im still trying to get my roof voucher they promised. Everytime I call now they tell me that a manager is aware of what is going on and that they are trying to get ahold of the representative. How hard is to get a hold of someone that works for you and how hard is it for you to fulfill your agreement?

We bought our solar system outright from Vision Solar about 2 years ago. We were told we would get 95% production of our use. We called Vision shortly after installation and asked for someone to come out to examine the system as our bills had not changed since before installation. We asked for notification of the inspection so we could be there. Six months later I went outside to find a vision employee inspecting our system. I explained we hadn't noticed any decrease in our bills since the installation. He said it was working fine six months after installation. He mentioned that the sun had to be strong enough to get the system to start properly. About 2 years after installation we paid Vision $4000 to remove the panels for a re-roof. We waited about 2 weeks for the removal of the panels. The re-roof took 5 days. We called Vision to let them know we wanted the panels put back on the roof. It's been over 2 weeks. We call nearly every weekday to find out if we have been scheduled for the panel replacement. They got our money. We got 10% production from our panels when they were up. If and when they schedule the panels for replacement we may have to wait 6 months for a tech to explain why we are getting 10% production instead of the 95% production promised.

Signed a contract with this company in August of 2021 I was told within a 90 days panels would be up and meters would be switched out with my current power company and I would be saving so much money and receive a nice tax credit. After the 90 days there was still no communication from the company there had been no progress so I decided to contact the company. Vision Solar could not tell me when my panels would be installed! No one had any answers they said I would be contacted with that information. Weeks went by with no contact from Solar. Later, the company came in early December to install the panels on my home. After the install was done I arrived home to noticed a breakage in my carport roof. I waited for Vision Solar to contact me but two months went by with no communication. Now February, I noticed that I was being auto-debited for the panels so I called Vision Solar and they said they could not help me concerning the payments that I needed to contact the finance company. I also asked this company what was going on with the panels there had been no follow up with activating my panels or scheduling my tree to be cut in order for panels to operate correctly. I contacted the finance company and they told me that they could not help me because the contract I signed stated that the finance company would begin billing six months after. I called Vision Solar back and addressed my concerns again about paying for non working panels and still paying my current power **** I could not afford to pay both every month. Vision Solar then gave me an email address to send proof of the auto- debits from the finance company and said they would reimburse me, It is August of 2022 and still no re-imbursements, no labels, tree still has not been cut and I am currently being billed double, one from power company, other from finance co. I told the company I did not want their service and to come remove these panels from my roof and I have received no response to my requests.

8 months on still waiting for them to power on the solar panels. All this time I'm paying 2 power bills. Avoid this company. Nothing but scammers.
