      On April 25, 2025 | purchased an Exalt Combi FSB 155 Floor Standing Unit Serial Number
      ************** through ******* ****** in Richmond, Maine, who I believe is an installer for .. ****
      Company. Enclosed are copies of my records of purchase and a picture of the data tag.
      Unfortunately, your product hasn't performed well and is seriously defective in the following ways: It has
      been consistently shutting off with "Flame Failures" since January 16th, 2025, it seems to occur more
      when the Direct Hot Water (DHW) is used. As of today, this has occurred 90 times according to the App,
      the unit then has to be reset. ******* ****** has come to diagnoses and repair issues they have found
      which included a leaking pipe that was first found on May 15 2022, the Extrol tank was changed as well
      as a failed relief valve and a failed three-way valve. I have been told that that an Ignitor has been on
      order since 02/04/2025. The unit has been making loud banging noises when reset and the DHW is used.
      After use of the DHW the unit will shut off with flame failure. This has been very inconveniencing to try
      and take showers, run the dishwasher or washing machine and heat the home since January 16*h, 2025.

      A new unit to replace my faulty boiler was promised. Known issue for 2 years with this unit. Triangle tube took 68 weeks to get onsite to replace the unit. Once they were here I was talked into trying to fix my old unit. To which I agreed. 2 weeks later old unit is still failing and triangle tube is refusing to stand behind the labor.

      I recently purchased a Triangle Tube Combi 199 wall mount boiler. Installed it myself and had it up and running but unfortunately I may have ran into a problem with the unit. However I cant actually try to determine what the problem is because the company refuses to provide technical support to anyone who is not a licensed contractor. Which isnt even available in ********. Theres no such thing as a Licensed mechanical contractor in my state. Beyond that there are Right to Repair laws that very clearly layout that if a person feels comfortable repairing their own products they have the right to. The technical support and legal teams at Triangle Tube dont seam to have gotten the memo. They refuse to even answer basic technical questions about their products that I have spent over $4000 on. They refuse to even answer a yes or no technical question. I dont even understand how that is acceptable as a service standard to consumers. I was also very deliberately lied to by a sales representative from the company because this was one of if not the first questions I asked knowing that I was installing and services the products myself. They also have a lot of misleading advertising that suggests its great for handy homeowner because their units are great for easy maintenance because all of the components are easy to source, access and repair. The problem is they have created a barrier to sourcing the parts because they only sell to licensed mechanical contractors. Also part of their own warranty program says that homeowners are granted a limited warranty which is very clearly an admission that they are aware of homeowners installing their products without licensed mechanical contractors.

      TriangleTube Smart40 indirect water heater failed last April 2022. For seven months I tried to get a warranty replacement and **** at Triangletubes warranty department forced me to send water tests, pictures of their failed product, statements from my hvac service provider, then more pictures and water test from labs. Ive been without hot water in my house since April and **** asked for pictures of the micro bubble eliminator. He said. Warranty replacement denied because the micro bubble eliminator was replaced in April 2022. What **** saw is the date the **** tech serviced my in floor heating system. The tech writes the last service date to track the last time the heating system received service. I am still without hot water in my house and where I live the morning temperatures is in the thirty eight degree range. Do not purchase anything TriangleTube sells. Nothing.
