    My daughter, who lived in **********, was moving out of her apartment and needed to store her belongings. So Darst Storage was convenient. My daughter, myself and Lacey the manager had a three way conversation, because I was paying for the monthly rental. My daughter didn't know what size unit she would need, one 8×10 or two, at $100. each monthly fee. I sent my daughter $200. and she signs a contract for 2 units. The second unit was never used. Lacey never gave me my $100. back, so I paid $100. for a 8×10 unit from August the 11th to September the 10th. that was empty. When I spoke with Lacey she told me that the monies had already been deposited in their business account. My reply, you can't make a withdrawal? She also told myself and my daughter that if she rented the other unit out, I might get some of my money back. A good business practice would have been to have my daughter sign a contract for one unit and then if she needed the second one, sign another contract. This is unbelievable. Who operates a business this way. I want my $100. back. Thank you, ****** *****. This all transpired on August the 11th.
