      I have a subscription with the company for software security services. The subscription has been paid in full. The company has a bug in their licensing module that is causing people to get an invoiced when they should be. The module thinks the people don't have a license and is charging additional fees. They have my credit card on file, and they charged my credit card even though I shouldn't have been, and I didn't authorize the charges. My account representative has sent her billing department an email explaining I shouldn't have been billed (I have uploaded the email) but I haven't received a refund and no additional communications with the company. I have disputed the charges with my credit card company, but I shouldn't have to do this, if the company would just refund the money, knowing it's their own issue.

      Comodo Group has a malware removal service called cWATCH. They advertize on their website for a FREE TRIAL whereby you can cancel before the trial period ends. That is why I entered my credit card information. They lied and charged me $95.04 as if I purchased a subscription. I got in contact with their LIVE chat support, and they said that they don't have any free trial offerings. I need my refund back.
