    This offices' staff was completely unprofessional. The office manager handled my call completely unprofessional. I informed the front desk girl I needed assistance with an emergency tooth ache, was advised they had no more appointments. I then expressed the fact that I had called previously, was advised I was placed on a waiting list but received no call. The front desk girl then tried to blame the last girl and claimed she was out for a month and that is why no one followed up with me. I became upset because I explained that was not a good enough excuses and I was waiting to assistance. The manager then got on the call and asked what she could do for me. I never asked for a manager and advised her it appeared the young lady may had placed her on the phone because I said I would place a complaint with my network. The young lady then said to me she felt like i threatened her, which I did not. The manager then begin to argue with me. I have never experienced such disregard. The office manger tried to insult me by saying I was not being an adult because I tried to explain to her that it seemed I was in correctly scheduled during a wisdom teeth removal. I will not recommend this office to anyone. I would not feel safe or protected if the staff does not care about patients.
