***********************, the owner and proprietor of Cosa Nostra Painting and Remodeling, along with his employee, installed my new dishwasher on Tuesday, 9/18/2023. This included plumbing as well as securing it in the desired space. Since they arrived later than scheduled, they were pressed for time. After doing plumbing hook-up and securing with screws, I requested that they do a "test run" to make sure everything is installed properly. They attempted to do a "test run" but did not have time to wait for the cycle to complete. I understood they had to leave, so I informed Camely that I will do a full run of the dishwasher later that week and call him if there are any problems; he agreed. That following Sunday, on 9/24/2023, I used the dishwasher for the first time. I noticed that the dishwasher leaked every time during the draining process. Also, the dishwasher was not secured in place; it moved out/in every time I opened and closed the door. I contacted Camely that Wednesday, 9/27/2023 to let him know the issues I was having. He let me know that he will take care of the issue, however he was very busy at the time with another project. I let him know that I completely understood, but that he should call me at his earliest convenience to resolve the matter. Long story short, I am still waiting to hear from Camely. I waited 2 weeks after last contact with him before I called again. I have been CALLING & TEXTING him every day since then and he has not responded, I also recently sent an email. Camely and his team has remodeled my kitchen. I am very happy with the end results. We ran into a few issues during the process, but he was always available to resolve them. I'm not sure where or why he fell short this time. I am seeking a resolve to this matter. I do not think it would be fair for me to have to pay someone else to correct their mistakes. However, if they are unable to do so I would need partial refund so that I may do so. Thank you for your patronage.
