    *****'s team did an excellent job on my garage roof and used high quality materials. He offered a fair price and the work was done in one day. They were respectful of my property and cleaned up the yard very well.

    Buyer beware when using this company. I paid for repairs that were never done! He never showed and fixed my roof or my chimney which he promised. When I got into an argument with him he actually assaulted me then said she was sorry and it was an accident. I gave him the benefit of the doubt after he tearfully apologized and promised to make it right and he would fix everything and make me happy in his words. He never came back leaving me and my mother with no light on the front of my porch that he broke. My mother is extremely handicapped and he left a dangerous situation. This man is In and Out of jail quite often I have learned from everything from **** charges to stealing from people and hes supposedly in trouble with immigration now too. This man is a *********** liar! Please beware when using this man!

    I had my roof replaced by Dream House Remodeling. LLC. There were some issues with damages to the house and improper work done on the roof. Nails not attached to the beams and plywood not replaced where it was said to have been. After talking to *****, he said he would take care of all of the issues. This was 12/10/22. *** texted and spoken to him on several occasions. He has given me the run around. Last conversation was on 1/18/23. ***** stated that his father had passed away. I gave my condolences and told him to take time to grieve. We agreed that he would call me to set up a time to do the unfinished work and damages during the first week in February. So I waited and waited. No call. So I sent him a message on 3/1/23. I got no response. I checked the message and it didnt show being delivered or read. So my instincts said call him. His phone is now disconnected. The business number is also no longer in service. Go figure. We have a contract that is legal and binding. I want him to live up to his word. Unfortunate that you trust someone to do the job theyre paid for. Only to feel like I got swindled and lied to. ***** can refund me some of the money to get the work done to rectify the issue.

    My rating is a MINUS 10. Shoddy workmanship as the roof is leaking. Can't get a hold of a human just left 10 VMs but nobody calls back. **** started October 2nd so no repairs have been made to date. Just had the upstairs painted end of ******************************************************************************************************* the roof. Not an emergency to this * rated company. The * is well deserved. Disgusting company taking advantage of The elderly. I am 68 years old and don't want my finances tied to a company that offer awful customer service...NONE.******************************
