They are not selling the product shown!! They are selling the regular ****** blue for the price. False advertisement!! All four pictures are the bottle on different sides of the bottle. When you get there they will tell you that, that is not the bottle depicted on the picture that it is the difference versions of the ******* they sell and want to sell you the bottle for more money. If you see the picture it shows the bottle on different angles of the bottle. I will never purchase anything from this company! Manager or owner was very dismissive.

This customer called the store a day prior of her order placement, to confirm the cost of ******* ****** blue 750. We let her know the cost of ******* ****** Blue is $199.99, however we do have multiple special editions which start at $219 and up. She mentioned she saw it online and the image is of a limited edition bottle. We let her know to refer to the text not the image as those are not generated by us. However, the description simply says "******* ****** blue." When she placed the order, it corresponds to the item number and description of a regular ******* ****** Blue, not any of the special editions. It is highly recommended customers/consumers "read" rather then just looking at the pictures as companies tend to change labels, looks, etc of the product. On websites a third party picks and chooses the image to go along with the product name. For example; ******* ****** blue label scotch whiskey w/2 glasses item# *****, if the customer had chosen this item, as per the image she would have only received the bottle of JW blue label without the glasses. However, the description states "w/2 glasses"Although this isn't the case here, the site also states under terms and conditions *** reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice. The prices on our site may differ from the prices in our retail store(s)..." The price for the item this customer ordered was not changed and she was notified over the phone as well when she called to inquire prior to placing the order. We let her know based on the item number she chose when she placed the order, that the item matches what she was picking up. Matter fact, I personally opened up the box of ******* ****** Blue to show her how the bottle looks. She was upset and said a few things and said just refund me. I immediately declined her order as we wait for customer to actually be present in person before accepting an order, and processing a payment. A lot of people forget they ordered, helps with refund charges, and also customer doesnt have finances held at their end.

True that I had called before to make sure that you had the bottle of ****** Blue NY limited edition because your website stated you only had 1 left. When I called and spoke to someone they stated that the bottle of NY was more expensive. I advised her that the picture depicted said the NY limited edition. Immediately while on the phone with you guys the price changed on the website and you guys rectified it and put correct price and put it out of stock. Yet when looking for the ****** Blue NY edition your website came up again with the price I had seen when I called. I thoght that maybe the person i spoke to had made a mistake in what she had said. The advertisement depicted on your website clearly does not state that is is the price for any other version of the ****** Blue. When I went to pick up my order and she brought the bottle I informed her that it wasnt the NY limited edition. She stated that the NY limited edition was more expensive and she even stated that it was $30 when the manager in which was standing right behind her stated that it was $30 more that the price was $269.99 and immediately said refund her her money back with an attitude. Although I wasn't going to pay that much for it he didn't even give me a chance to even say that I was willing to pay for it. Besides that nothing else was said on my behalf **** So stop being so untruthful! You can reserve all the rights you want but that advertisement was very misleading and inaccurate. Stop overpricing things because after leaving your store I got the NY limited edition for the same price elsewhere! Maybe you may not care but so else got my business! Your loss not mine.
