On or about 12/13/2024 I purchased a vehicle which I paid for in full. This vehicle was improperly registered twice. I finally was able to pick up my permanent registration and plates on 2/5/2025. At that time I was told my certificate of title would be in about 2 weeks. On 2/27/2025 about 9:30am I called the sales manager Craig and left a message inquiring about the status of the title. My call was never returned. I called again on this same date about 3pm. My call was placed on hold for several minutes and no one ever answered.

Dishonest, told them my budget mult timed and I would cover taxes and tags, was up front and told them I did not want to waste either of our time. Had a non salesman reach out to me acting like he was the salesman telling me he spoke to his mgr and agreed to negotiate withiin my budget. Drove over 2.5 hours to be thrown to another salesman with no acknowledgement to the agreement, come to find out it is a call center rep to drive people in. Was talking to a couple on the way out to keep them accountable and was threatened with calling cops. Also could not produce inspection report, tried to plug tire after test drive without telling me up front, took sticks leaves and trash out from under hood yet it went thru a 172 point inspection? Happy to forward text vm, and communications if you can pride phone and email to forward them to.

We are aware of the situation, we understand that Mr. *************************** came in from 2 hours away. We went over options and gave him opportunities to purchase to car at a discounted rate. We went over the car and payment options. We also had addressed the miscommunication. We also reach out with several phone calls to feedback and resolve open issues.

I placed an order in august and paid 500 deposit. After two month, the sales told me that he placed an order for a model Subaru no longer manufacture, so that he had to place an order again. I was really upset but I agreed to place order again. ****** confirmed the order and called me to let me know that the car will arrive in December. When I call to get update today, ****** denied received confirmation from me. So basically after approximately five month, they did not place an order. It is ok to make mistakes, but the deriam made the same mistake twice. The worst part is he did not admitted it, but choose to lie to their customer.I request the dealership to refund my deposit and compensate me for not their mistakes.

Facts: 12/29/2020 .Daughter Bought a 2014 Subaru ***************** with an extended warranty. The extended warranty was worth $2900.10/19/2022- went to Lynnes Service because of Noise coming from the back rear wheels.Diagnostic fee is 150 ++ tax and fees. Would have to pay if we decide not to go with repairs...Later that afternoon - was told repairs were going to be **** and only half was going to be covered by the extended warranty.10/20/2022- called ALLstate Carcare Extended warranty why only half was covered, ALLSTATE SAYS Lynnes service asked for 6 hrs total of Lbor time to FIX issue which was double the time vs ALL online Labor time guides specified in Motors ALL DATA or *****************Talked to Lynnes Service- told them why they asked for 6 hrs to fix issue - they service said that is what it takes for them to repair.ARGUMENT: why do they (Lynnes )ask for 6 hrs labor when Motors ALLdata ******** and ALLSTATE finds guides at 2.4 hrs plus 1 hr diagnostic as appropriate for this repair hence ALLstate only covers half of what Lynnes service wanted.Issue is , Lynnes SOLD THE *** SOLD THE WARRANTY BUT DENIED COVERING WHOLE REPAIR BECAUSE THEY NEEDED MORE TIME TO DO SAID SAME REPAIR WHEN IN FACT OUR TER,S OF THE EXTENDED WARRANTY CONTRACT SPECIFICALLY SAYS THAT LABOUR COST IS APPROVED LABOR RATE MULTIPLIED BY LABOR TIME AS SPECIFIED IN MOTORS ALL DATE OR **************************....OBJECTIVE : i want the business to honor THEIR WARRANTY that they sold me based on labor time that were stipulated in the contract gudelines. And because their charges were outrageously high, I paid the diagnostic fee of about$169 including tax fees etc instead of having my car repaired at their shop for 700 more.lastly- i dont know how many more of their clients they have overcharged for labor despite the extended warranty that Lynnes themselves sells.

      Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution of a refund for the Diagnostic fee of $164 PLUS FEES is satisfactory to me.

However , Lynnes Subaru honoring the Extended Warranty they sold my daughter for $2900 or ANY extended warranty whatsoever and basing their labor time on AllDATA ******** guidelines as stipulated on the extended warranty contract that they sold is still in question.

I can not comment further on their Integrity because I have taken my car elsewhere for repair and WILL NOT risk dealing with this company again be it sales nor service.
