I made the $900 deposit on 9/21/24 for $500 and on 9/22/24 for $400 2.Amount paid: I paid $900 as a deposit, as outlined in the contract, which states that this deposit would secure the removal of trees and associated work.3.What the business committed to provide:Complete removal of three trees (white oak and maple in the backyard, dead maple in the front yard).Hauling away of all wood and debris.Trimming of trees along my house and fence.The business also committed to handle all permits and inspections related to this work.4.Nature of the dispute: The business, ************************************, has failed to deliver on any of the commitments outlined in the contract. Despite receiving a $900 deposit, no work has been performed. The owner, ******* *******, has completely ignored all attempts to communicate and resolve the matter, displaying total disregard for the contract and my requests for updates.5.Resolution attempt by business: No resolution has been offered. The business has ignored all communication and made no effort to address or fulfill their contractual obligations.
