I am writing to file a complaint against a delivery service provider, Speedex, regarding unprofessional and unacceptable delivery practices that have occurred on two separate occasions.
I live in a 13-floor apartment building, and twice now, Speedex has been used as the delivery service for my orders. On both occasions, the delivery driver failed to ring my bell, knock on my door, or make any attempt to notify me of the delivery. Instead, my packages were left unattended in the hallway of my building—essentially abandoned in a common area where any passerby could take them. This is highly irresponsible and raises serious concerns about the security and professionalism of Speedex’s delivery services.
Leaving packages on the hallway floor without notification is not only unsafe but also completely disregards the basic expectation of door-to-door delivery. Residents do not live in the hallway, and without any notification, there is no way to know a package has arrived.
Furthermore, when attempting to contact Speedex, the response is slow and ineffective. It often takes days to receive a reply via email, and when they do respond, the only solution offered is to “attempt to retrieve the package” while directing customers to contact the merchant. This is completely unacceptable.
Consumers spend their hard-earned money with the reasonable expectation that their purchases will be delivered safely and respectfully to their homes—not treated like disposable items. The lack of professionalism and accountability shown by Speedex is deeply troubling and should be addressed.
I respectfully ask the Better Business Bureau to investigate this matter and hold Speedex accountable for its poor service and disregard for basic delivery standards. Thank you for your attention to this matter.Initial Complaint

I purchased an item from a seller in ***** via ****. The product made it into the country and was supposed to be delivered locally by SpeedEx. The product never arrived. SpeedEx's "excuse" for their failure to deliver was that "the building was closed." The delivery attempt was made on a Sunday. Since then I attempted to contact them via their web portal (there is no human interaction: no email, no phone number) outlining the following:- they are delivering to a campus's Central Receiving facility;- there is a phone number posted at the facility where they can contact either the staff or 24h security; - there is a drop box for after-hours deliveries that is readily and happily perused by ****, *********** and DHL.There is no such thing as a "closed building" as there is no such thing as a "closed campus" at a boarding school. In other words, there is no excuse not to deliver my package, nor is there any excuse for their not having responded to my ticket for the last two weeks.Initial Complaint

I had a package being delivered by speedex from *****. My package was arriving to my apartment address with a unit number provided for them. I was then sent photos of my package as “proof of delivery” and it is not my home address at all. I tried to reach out to support for help and no one would tell me where it was delivered except that it was delivered. I waited to see if my package would arrive and it never did. I have been home all day on Monday April 21st my package was delivered at 6 pm and I didn’t get it. It said delivered and I believe the driver took it. None of my neighbors took it because we all know each other. They took pictures of the package and took it with them. I’m I work very hard for my money and for them to take it like that is horrible. My package has been at a delay status for 3 days now with no change. I also need to change my address and I sent out an email to do so and they claimed they were out of office and would respond within 24 hrs. 24hrs pass no response and that was on Saturday I sent out another email yesterday no response at all.

The tracking number hasn’t updated in 10 days and I am extremely frustrated. This is an unprofessional business who should be ashamed of how they run things. I ordered from an online provider that used Speedx to deliver. The tracking has shown the package being processed in the SpeedX facility since November 1, 2024. It is now November 21. I received a refund from Temu but they said I can keep the order when SpeedX delivers it. I still want my things. It frustrates me that my package is lost or stolen.
