      My family and I were staying at the best western and on the last night I decided to extend our stay 3 additional nights. The next morning they checked me out and back in charging my card for the 3 additional nights. We were staying in a pet friendly room with our dogs who are all registered services animals. Later that morning while just my husband and our kids were in the room the manager knocked on the door telling ** we needed to leave. My husband asked about the nights we had just paid for and was told we would be refunded. We packed up and left with no issues and with no damage to anything. But after a few days there was no refund. We spoke with the main customer service number and was told it would be 2-5 business days for a response. We have called the hotel directly numerous times but every time we ask for ***** the manager he is alway already go for the day even though we were told he works till 4. We have left him messages but he never returns them. We just want our money back for the 3 nights in the amount of $398.75

      Be advised we looked this guests name up and found no one by that name at all. It was addressed to the old Ownership who has multiple properties. Unfortunately, we can not help the guest as we have no record of this guest staying with this hotel.

      I checked in almost 3 weeks ago , upon check in,I told the attendant that was talking through the kiosk that I had a dog with me . I am currently homeless due to me loosing my apartment and I needed to stay at a hotel until the apartment I found was ready for move In date. Ive been renting the room a week or a few days at a time due to the fact I could be moving any moment. I pay for my room and paid the $50 deposit. Today on 2/8/2023 I rented out my room once again before my checkout even came , as Ive been doing ,I only needed a few days due to me moving into my new place on 2/10/2023, so my room total came up to $181.18. So that was charged then 2 minutes later I see a charge for $518.18, taking the rest of any money I had that I needed to move . I called the hotel Because I was at work, the lady who helped me at first said she didnt see any second charges, so upon researching and muting me she claims she found a note saying to charge my card for a violation of pet and that because I didnt notify that it was $250 but I told her I told the person talking through the kiosk when I FIRST checked in , she told me she could directly understand the amount and that the manager would call me back and she wasnt allowed to give out the manager name without her permission and nobody has called me back , my bank cant dispute the charge because it is pending , I came back to the kiosk to speak to a new person and he said she will call me and nobody has called , I informed them that I have NO OTHER MONEY and that wash my money so I can finally move into my place , he apparently didnt care too much. Now I know thats fraud because I was never ever notified and I saw the hotel manager plenty of times , she authorized a unauthorized charge to populate on my card and will not call me back ,it is very dishonest because this hotel is not the cleanest , the parking lot is unkept and the back door does not lock. Fraudulent ,I want my refund,I feel discriminated against.
