    I put in an app with a ***** money order for applying for a lease for an apt. Never heard back had to call was told would have to process the app and would geta letter in the mail. I received the letter sometime towards the end of September which it was dated September 9th and waited for a phone called which has never come which was supposed to be for the interview to which I would need to bring moLike re info which would be submitted for the third party process. But their hours on their web site say Monday thru Friday 9-5 on at the office Mon Tues Thrus 5-9 closed Weds Sat Sun but u go there and the office is locked and says sorry we are closed. I have been calling since 9-27-2022 and leaving detailed messages for them and nobody ever gets back to me ever at all. Like I said their web site does not match their office building at all. Which is false advertisement and not fair and in the front entrance it has leaseing on top of the Royal Oaks sign if u arent leasing then u shouldn't have leasing on the top of your sign then.......I am not sure how many messages I have left on their machine but I have left enough that I should get a phone call back and I always left one the night before they are supposed to be open.... I am in desperate need of locating a place to live at this time and putting out a ***** dollar fee for an app is a lot when on permanent disability and nit to at least get a phone call back with when supposed to be getting an interview...........its not so much about the money its about not having a phone call returned when I keep reaching out to them.....this is not how to run a business at all they need to call me back after almost 2 months
