    I took the wife in cause she was complaining about the arch in the sneakers she was wearing and this was in the ******** store. After a good half hour of trying different arches she felt comfortable and liked the sneakers that she tried on. I felt for their scam and agreed to their terms and been regretting it every time I pass the store. I wasted $1,300.00.

    I purchased the supports from the good feet store. I went back twice . The arch supports were not working. I asked for a refund but they said they dont do that. Ive been to the podiatrist several times. Had steroids, steroid shots in my feet. I wore the product for over a month with no relief . I wouldnt even mind a store credit. But they kept telling me I needed to try more. At this point I was in terrible pain!! I do not recommend them. I am on my feet 18 hrs a day!! All I wanted was my $1600. Back !!

    I purchased the arch supports and found that they did help a bit; however, I was told that they would call multiple times to check on my progress and was only called once. I told the salesperson when she called that I would have difficulty returning to the store since I lived an hour and a half away. I asked if she could send me more Velcro dots and was told no. I had used the dots they gave me on my summer shoes, so I sent them a self-addressed stamped envelope and asked them to send me more dots and they never responded. There was also a problem with the store's mailing address. Their address did not match the post office mailing address, and I called the store to check and told them that the ****** address on my cell phone was different. Knowing the customer service, I would not recommend **********************.

    Buyer beware! Do not believe the commercials or the positive reviews on their website. Their pricing is astronomical - $1600!!! with no trial period. If they don't work, the buyer is ***. Worst money I ever spent. You can go to a podiatrist who will make customized orthotics molded to your actual foot for about $600, not just something that their salespeople take out of a box in their storeroom. DO NOT GO HERE OR PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THE GOOD FEET STORE!
