    I purchased a wiring harness from psi Once we installed it the car would jump rpm once engaged into gear almost killing me and crashed into a wall I reached out numerous amount of times asking for help I was told to get new valve body, new transmission and the issue was still present I spent over 11k to figuring out this issue and at the end the issue was bad tune and and issue with the harness I asked the owner for a a refund of the psi harness, computer that was around $2800 he told me he would do ***** and i needed to send him the tune copy I refused to do that since due to lack of customer service I had to spend over 10k in parts and could have killed myself because they didnt want to take responsibility for a bad tune I want a refund for the harness and tune they sold me around $2,800, plus what I had to spend on a tune correction from full throttle $1,800 and new transmission $4,500 that did not need to be replaced and labor plus towing, time checking pins and all the oil that was wasted by removing trans pan for pictures

    I spoke with **** numerous times over the last 2 months regarding the issue that he had with our product, which was ultimately resolved. I explained that I was going to stand behind our product and we agreed to a refund (prior to him filing a BBB complaint). However, part of his complaint had to do with a tuning issue with the engine computer we sold him. I explained that I had to see what the difference between the tune his local tuner put on the computer was vs. what we had provided. In other words, I had to confirm the changes that were made in order to provide the refund. After numerous calls and text messages to ****, with NO response from him, I have stopped trying. If the BBB would like to contact him and tell him to call me so I can refund him based on our agreed to terms i will gladly provide him money back. Thanks.
