    Had custom awning with accessories installed to our home. After having to hold back $ due to lack of delivery , one of the bolts holding awning to home came loose and the same song and dance began. First was a no show appointment , second was his worker got sick and third strike was stuck in traffic and today is his sons birthday . to me three time to complete a repair that is not even a year old . This has been going on for six weeks . When I questioned him if the awning was safe his response was yes, as long as you don't open it. Who installs awnings and tells you not to open it. He also hide behind two other companies Awnings Plus and Coast installation **
