    They failed to create a fair/healthy testing environment. They failed to charge me for and give me my license on site, which they are supposed to do when a person passes the Real Estate Exam. This and other failures on their part cost me time and money, and prevented me from being able to do work I would have otherwise been able to do. I reached out to them TWICE stating my issue, and requesting resolution. They never responded to me. I have since heard of the same thing happening with multiple other people. I find this infuriating and unacceptable.
