      Problems happen, it's how they're handled and fixed that make the difference.Bought $1200 worth of e-cards for ******, one of the 3 cards didn't work but that's OK, my money was refunded and I was still able to save almost $80 on my purchase.Stack these saving with Rakuten when you can to save additional $$. I will continue to use Card Cash when I can, especially on larger purchases.

      ZEROOOOOOO STARS! I I sold a 100 dollar ultra card, and got a 81 dollar virtual card. I went to use my virtual card and it was declined several times. I reached out to customer service via chat .. I spoke with someone named ****, he was very rude and unprofessional. He stated there was nothing wrong with my virtual card even though he saw those declines on my account, then he stated they could send me a replacement card but I will be charged *****. I asked why would I be charged to get a replacement card and it's something on y'all's part causing the original card not to work, he was so rude and told me if I wanted the replacement card that is what I would have to pay, I told him o k& he took the ***** from the 81 balance on my original card .. issued another replacement card & the replacement card doesn't work either. they are scamming people, taking there gift cards and money and then trying to blame the merchant when the card doesn't work.

      I did a transaction with them selling a $50 *********** Work gift card for $42. It was my first time doing business with them so I had to create an account ,verify my identity, give a phone number get a code. This was a virtual card so there was nothing to send in. I chose the payout option to be ****** Express which said I should receive my money within 48 hours. I received payout before 24 hours was up with no issues. I'm about to sell a Target gift card n the site and I'll eview on here as well after the transaction is completed. I'm going to add also (though this doesn't mean ****** endorses the company) there are instructions on the ****** frequently asked questions on how to exchange a gift card through Card Cash for ****** funds. I'm only giving it a four star instead of a five-star because I think that in this day and age a funds transfer should be able to happen within 2 or 3 hours
