    My wife felt sick and on June 30th , 2023 we went to urgent care facility Doctor's Office in Brick.
    Aftyer examination by female doctor, she asked to perform Covid-19 test and other viruses as we thought is a standard procedure. After our visit later we found out that the test were sent to the lab that is not in our insurance provider. At the front desk we gave our insurance provider card and the facility should know where the tests should be send. Month later I saw a bill sent by the lab to our isurance provider and it was denied. For mora than a year we did not receive any billing from the lab until begining of the October 2024 when I receive the link via text to pay for lab services. I contacted both facilities and tried to get this issue resolved but after couple phone calls and email exchanges nothing has been done. I just received paper invoice by mail.
    The question I'm asking myself is why we are being punished and stuck with almost $1,400.00 bill for the mistake made by urgent care doctor?I thought they supposed to help us and feel better than making our live miserable.
