      Friday November 10th 2024 I had my sprinklers winterized by wet lawns. This is the first time I went with this company. The Company who did mine retired. There are not many places that service this area in ******* point **. I emailed them in January when I noticed the back flow in the back was cracked, due to water in the line. I emailed them and heard nothing back. I emailed them and called them in February. I also contacted them by phone multiple times. I got a hold of them by phone, and they told me i would have to pay them to come out and look at the system. I have had this system for a long time and never had an issue with the winterizing process and i sent them photos. They wanted ****** just to come out and turn on my system which i didn't need. I am able enough to turn the system on myself. They told me they could not come out till march. I am not sure why they would wait when they saw the pictures of the backflow that clearly had water in it. Why they didn't come out in Feb when there was a problem. no they waited till the lines broke and them they could get more money out of me. Now i have multiple lines that are broken. all bc they did not do their job properly and they did not stand behind their work. I have emailed them multiple times. and i have not heard back from them. When you call they never put you on the phone with someone who knows systems. I tried to get this resolved on my own but now i am upset that I paid this compony money to mess up my whole entire system!
