    Their customer service is nonexistent. I sent an email asking about a loose steam wand and got bumpkiss reply. Nothing, ***** not even an automated response with the typical we're busy and will get back to you. PFT.

    Purchased 2 espresso machine from Majesty Coffee. The 1st one leaked after 1 month but they did send someone over to fix the leak. The 2nd one we had ordered was defective from the very start. I should have known since they started acting weird and claiming they no longer carried the 1st brand we had ordered. They offered a different model for the same price. Boy was that a mistake. After installing it, we noticed the left group was slow to dispense. We contacted Majesty Coffee and they told us, to just call a tech and they would reimburse us after we closed our dispute with the bank. After closing the dispute and having a tech come out twice, they ghosted us.

    This vendor sold me a faulty Elektra micro casa espresso machine for $2440 on Jan 2022 and it has never worked well since my purchase. I have communicated the vendor for warranty support and every time they gave a me suggestions to address the issue including making me buy an expensive coffee grinder (&600) to no avail. I have called and emailed them nearly 14 times with the same issue and finally brought the machine to their distributor and this time I was told that the machine has corrosion in the water tank and not covered under warranty and I will have pay out of pocket for repair and physically have to drive for an hour to the repair location. They do not pay for shipping either. For a $2449 machine it never produced a single cup of decent espresso. This vendor has engaged in a deceptive business practice and have given me run around for the last 10 months to run up the warranty for a faulty or a defective piece of equipment. If you read all the other customer feedbacks you'll notice a consistent trend. Buyer beware.
