      I was trying to join this credit union to open one or two CDs. I provided a bunch of personal info online. The system asked if I wanted to a joint account holder, so I put in my daughters email address. She responded to their email, providing information as well.Then nothing. No emails, no phone calls, nothing. We called a few days later and the guy on the phone basically told us to wait longer. It's been almost 2 weeks since I applied.I tried to call again today ************** multiple times from 3 different phones and could not get through. Their phone tree kept telling me it couldn't hear me.We are trying to create some CD ladders across a few institutions.If you are not going to accept my application and you don't want my money, just say so.It makes me nervous when a bank takes all this info then goes silent. Is this a real company or was I just scammed into providing personal financial information?I fell like I need assurances that they aren't going to give away or sell my information.

      Please accept this as formal notification of the resolution of Complaint #******** between Financial Resources Federal Credit Union and *********************************. 

      Upon receiving notification of Ms.********* ********** we have investigated this matter with the *********************** within Financial Resources Federal Credit Union.  On 3/3/2024, ********************************* applied online for a Certificate of Deposit at which time she requested a joint signer, *********************************.  An email was sent to ************************************* at **************** along with daily reminder emails to ********************************* that requested that she complete the application. ********************************* contacted the Credit Unions *********************** on 3/14/24 and inquired as to her application status.  The Credit Union Associate incorrectly communicated that her application was currently under review when in fact the application was pending information from ********************************* in order for the application to be considered complete; as the application was not complete it was not yet submitted for review. ************************************* called the Credit Union after business hours on 3/20/14, however, she did not request a call back. 

      The Credit Union apologizes for the miscommunication that occurred and for any inconvenience that *** have been caused.  The Credit Union does not share any personal information.

      I am rejecting this response because: it does not address or explain what the issue was. We tried repeatedly to try to get our application(s) fixed. We tried various devices on our end, so the problem was with your technology for weeks. If a potential customer calls to complain, is it up to the applicant to be so explicit as to say "I would like to request a call back"? The service rep didn't ask, but we thought it was implied, as we were frustrated.

      I will let this go. We found other places a month+ ago that were easier to work with.

      this company is reporting an account on my credit dating 02/2018. I've never had an account with them. my identity was stolen a few years back and i have been having problems ever since. i never open this account. i have been denied credit due to this. anything that prevents ones life from moving forward is just terrible. we are smack in the middle of a pandemic which makes this even worse. this need to be removed from my credit . i have perfect credit otherwise.

Upon receiving notification of Mr. ********* complaint filed on 8/7/22, which was received by the Credit Union on 8/17/22, we have investigated this matter with our Consumer Lending and Member ********************* within the Credit Union. Per review of the Credit Unions account records, full loan documentation was noted on file, which includes a completed Loan Agreement and Consumer Credit Disclosure Statement dated 2/5/2018, Credit Line Account and Consumer Loan Application dated 2/5/2018, dated GAP Waiver Addendum dated 2/5/2018, signed and dated Vehicle Purchase Order dated 2/2/2018, as well as a ***** of ******** dated 2/5/2018, all signed by *****************************. The ***** of ******** names ***************************** as Vehicle Owner, and this document was also Notarized on 2/5/2018 with complete Notary Signature and stamp. A copy of Mr. ********* ************** Drivers License was also obtained and verified at the time of signature on the loan documents and ***** of ********. As a result, we have concluded that this was a valid consumer loan made to ****************, with a signed loan agreement, notarized ***** of ********, and member identification on file, and requires repayment of the loan by **************** to the Credit Union.
