      I voluntarily admitted my child to this facility and informed them that she would be losing insurance coverage, as it was provided by my soon-to-be ex-husband. I made it clear that I would not be able to pay for her care once the coverage ended. When her insurance was terminated, I tried to withdraw my daughter from the program, but they contacted ***, claiming I was going against medical advice. At no point did they inform me about a scholarship program that could assist parents in situations like mine. After I finally removed my daughter from their care due to my inability to pay, they are now billing me nearly $4,000. I am unable to pay this amount, and they were fully aware of my financial situation. I agreed to the services while she had coverage, and they knew this. Despite that, they tried to force my child to remain in the program and are now charging me.The following is their email to me, (******** ***** is my child): Dear ******** *****,Good day, and I hope this message finds you well during this festive season!As the year draws to a close, we wanted to send you a gentle reminder about your outstanding balance with us. Please find an attached copy of your billing statement showing a balance of $3,888.00 for your account (Account Number: ************ make your payment, we encourage you to use the convenient payment portal linked below:**************************************** We kindly request that the payment be made at your earliest convenience. Your prompt attention to this matter will be greatly appreciated.Thank you for your continued support and partnership. We wish you a joyous holiday season and a prosperous New Year ahead!Disclaimer: For your security, please do not reply to this email with credit card information or any sensitive payment details. Warm regards,******* *******

      I have been trying to get my 1350$ refund from Gen Psych since fall of 2023. I have been calling and calling and no one calls me back. This is a lot of money and I want it back.

      Genpsych refused to schedule my August appointment after I indicated that I would pay copay before scheduled appointment.

      Genpsych refused to schedule an August appointment. After being paid by insurance company for previous appointment. Insurance is still in affect.
