    My name is ****** and I am the manager of a NY/** band that was scheduled to play on 7/23/2022 at this establishment We contacted the owner, ************************************, on Monday, 7/18/22 to report that one of our band members tested positive for Covid. Although the member was not ill with symptoms, we thought it best to make her aware we would need to cancel the outdoor show scheduled to be on the patio of the establishment.Her response was, "It's too late. Now I have no one and I am losing money!".Feeling the lack of compassion and consideration and being completely perplexed by her response, we replied, Maybe he will be better by the scheduled date. Never at one point, from our response, did she say that she could not risk exposure. We replied that wed keep in touch.We (my husband, ****, another band member, and I) continued to feel confused and disgruntled and as though we had to scramble to find a replacement for our downed member in less than a week! However, on Wednesday, 7/20, another member of our band called us to report that he was sent to an ****************** from his work because he was feeling ill and also tested positive for Covid.When we called ********************* to tell her about the 2nd members illness, and that we would no doubt have to cancel the show, she then replied, again with anger in her voice, "now I lost Saturday, and am losing moneynow you can forget about the rest of the dates" and went ahead and canceled 3 of our events there that were scheduled for Sept, Oct and Dec of 2022 before hanging up on us!Since then she has had customers from her bar write nasty responses to our review we had posted on the ************ page, as well as personally send me threatening and harassing text messages.We feel harassed and threatened by the owner's texts, as she attempted to defame our character publicly, and feel that she is only concerned with making money as she showed no compassion for the illness of others, only blame.Sincerely,**************
