    I have in the past ordered from this restaurant many times. Recently I placed a food order via phone and the person who said he could take my order sounded untrained because when I requested a cheeseburger he immediately said "anything else". I helped with the situation and said "***, am i right- you're supposed to ask how i'd like it cooked-medium well for example and what side i'd like". He said yes and he took the food order. It was a cheeseburger with no onion with cauliflower mash plain with no toppings. I could hear him verbally taking note of the two special requests-It sounded like he heard both of the requests because he said "Ok, no onion". When I got home I could see that there was onion and the cauliflower mash had alot of toppings on it. I called the restaurant and the manager who I spoke with named ******** was very rude to me and said to me like she had known me for twenty years "You aren't allergic to onions *****!". I couldn't believe it when she said it because I don't know her and I certainly never talked with her about any of my personal information like my health and what if any foods I'm allergic to. What happened next was when I hadn't requested anything from her- the same person- the manager named ******** said "You aren't getting any free food *****!". I called a few days later hoping to be able to speak with someone else about it but she always makes sure that she is the only person that I can talk to when I call. I feel that she (the manager named ********) doesn't like me and is targeting me in an attempt to get me upset and emotionally react to her false statements and provocations. I am requesting a refund of $15.00 and I shall never go to this ******** restaurant or any of their ******** restaurants ever again.
