    I attended a retreat to ******** in ************************************************ the midst on a global pandemic. They do a ton Of research to make sure all guests are safe. I was originally booked to attend their Bali retreat, and unfortunately they had to cancel the Bali retreat 1 week before departure because we still couldn't access the country without a work ***** They made the transfer process easy where guests could either switch or get a refund. I'm posting this because I was about to book a trip and wanted to see how they've been doing over the years. We even did a mission trip and helped build a school and donated to an orphanage. I wanted to share my experience for anyone considering them, they are indeed professional in what they do, and to see a one star review is definitely not my experience at all (not invalidating anyone else's). Their retreats are not for everyone but definitely for luxury high end travelers who want a safe, done-for-you travel experience. 10/10 would highly recommend.

    Unprofessional business, if considering booking please identify a different vendor. I booked a trip with them and they canceled two days before the trip on a holiday (Christmas Eve) for a medical issue (monkeypox) that was not expressed by the ***, health professionals (because we had to be cleared by our doctors to travel), or the country I was visiting. They did not contact each person directly by call and it was 48 hours before we were to leave and meet them for their accommodations with travel being about 24 hrs. ********* that they reserved and explained as luxury was nothing of the sort. When I reached my hotel because Luxotic assured that my accommodations were taken care of they stated that they had not received communication from their team and had been trying to reach them which was so inappropriate not to mention they reserved a room that didnt align with accommodations we asked for. Lastly, they still have not refunded monies and its been weeks since the trip was canceled on their end. I will add that the reasoning for canceling (if actually true) should have been discussed on the various calls and if it was a large outbreak that they claimed, Im sure it would have been communicated prior than 2 days or even a week before the retreat was supposed to take place. Save your money, super unprofessional find someone else.
