      Burns and Klemm built us a home in ****. On a final walk through on 3/16 we were promised a replacement door for a damaged closet door, screen replacement for screen with hole, and replacements for damaged window hardware. On 5/4 the project manager said the parts had been ordered. On 5/19 the controller/office manager reported the same. We contacted the owner and office manger on 7/18 concerning when we would receive the above but we received no response. We would like the replacement closet door, replacement screens (2) and window hardware delivered to us immediately.

      Thank you for contacting us regarding the issue. This client was unhappy and short paid their final invoice along with a request to cut all ties to us at that time.

      The client was correctly told that the items requested were ordered and had not arrived. The door in question was just delivered last week. The window hardware has already been fixed by the supplier, but I ordered another set since the client is still unhappy. I believe we are only items we're waiting on are the screens. We expect delivery this week. Since Covid has caused extreme delays in materials we can't tell anyone when materials will arrive. We were holding all materials until they are all received to deliver all at once. The final item is expected to be delivered this week and all will then be delivered together.
