      1 box of sinuprex for $46,90 was ordered in Sept. 2023 and canceled in Oct. 2023 because it too long to get it to me. I begzn calling every week after I told them I wanted a refund. So by Nov 28, 2023 after getting a different story every week, they said they had processed my refund in November. I waited awhile and started calling again because I had not receivedi t. This is now March and it should not take this long to get a refund from Nov. 28th. The last time I talked to a customer rep was two weeks ago and he said he would have the check resent. No check yet as of March 7, 2024. It seems to me after all the different stories of when I would receive my refund and never got it, it was just something said to pacify me.

      To whom it may concern,

      ***************************** purchased a one month supply of Sinuprex 24-Hour relief from our company on September 11th, 2023. A one month supply of Sinuprex cost $39.95 plus $6.95 for shipping and handling for a total of $46.90.

      On 09/11/2023 *********, called into our company and placed an order for a 1 month supply of Sinuprex. A 1 month supply of Sinuprex cost $39.95 with a shipping and handling cost of $6.95 for a total of $46.90.

      Sinuprex is backed by a 90 day money back guarantee, our return policy states that in order to receive a refund a customer must call the customer service department and request a return merchandise authorization number. Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, we will refund the customer back to the original method of payment provided. In the event we cannot refund the customer back to the original method of payment we will issue a refund in the form of a check and mail it to the shipping address originally provided by the customer.

      All sales procedures were followed and aa positive AVS result was received determining that this was an ethical sale. The customer also did not enroll in our continuity program which gives us no reason for anything recurring to need to be cancelled.

      Our money back guarantee policy states that in order to receive a refund all products must be returned with in *************************************** the amount of the product price which is excluding shipping and handling.

      Due to the nature of this request, a refund check has been cut in the amount of $46.90 which includes the shipping cost, and which is the total amount she paid our company.

      Once the check has been cut I will follow up let you know that it has been sent and reach out to ********* to confirm receipt of the refund check.
