      Where do I begin, Starline was supposed to deliver my items from ******** to ***** on Friday and as of today my items have not arrived. When I called to inquire about the status of the delivery because no one has called me. The manager ********* was very rude, unprofessional, disrespectful and an overall b****. She refuse to tell me where my items were or when they will arrive. She provided no sense of assurance which made me very frustrated and upset. Im an elder and she held no regard. I threatened to call the police if she did not give me any info. As of right now Im not sure if my items will arrive so I have to fly early to ***** to confirm whether or not they will arrive. Very displeased with the a service. Will give updated complaint if and when I receive my items.

      We are sorry to hear that. Unfortunately, we have to reject this complaint. On our recorded line we confirmed your delivery. Your calls were answered and you were provided with your delivery estimated time of arrival, your balance and methods of accepted payment. We then proceeded to arrive with your shipment that we confirmed. Once we got there you were not there to receive your shipment. Therefore, it had to go back to storage until you're present for your redelivery. The police did call and verified the events and contract and that you were not present for the delivery after you confirmed you would be there. Please call in to customer service when you are ready to schedule your redelivery and can confirm to be present.

      I was moved by ********* for my long distance move from ******* to ******* and it was the best long distance move I've ever done. Not only did they arrive when they said they would but my delivery came in right around the time I needed it. I always got great updates from customer service and the guys that moved me were so kind and professional! I have family moving that I have recommended.       Star line trucking was contracted to do my long distance relocation from ******** to *******. They showed up within the time they provided. They were very kind and professional. They made sure to wrap all my items and extended additional packing services to me for a reasonable price to further protect my most valuable items. They finished the job in a great amount of time so I could start my road trip. Moving is so stressful but they were there to help me through it and definitely took a lot of stress off my shoulders! I will be recommending them to my friends, family, and coworkers who may need or be moving! Thank you Star Line!
