    On April 1st, I brought my computer to a repair shop for cleaning. They accepted the job and told me to come back in two hours. When I returned, they said the cleaning software was downloading slowly and asked me to return in two days. I agreed. When I came back two days later, they told me the software didn’t work and returned the computer to me. I attempted to turn on my computer right there in front of them, but it wouldn’t power on. When I pointed it out, they said it was probably a loose connection and they would fix it in 10 minutes. After a short wait, they returned and told me the motherboard was burnt. They refused to take responsibility and attempted to return the broken computer to me. I insisted it was their fault and demanded that they either fix it or compensate me for the damage. After some discussion, we came to an agreement that they would repair it at a discounted price, and I accepted because my computer is essential for my work and it’s my only source of income. They told me the repair would take two weeks. Now, on April 23rd, they informed me that they are unable to repair the computer and told me to come pick it up, still broken.
