5 starsOutstanding company and outstanding product! From the initial consultation phase my sales rep ****** was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions accurately. They had a great financing company and options too! once we signed, the communication was very professional. They were there when they said they would be and the installation was the best I have ever seen. I had one small issue (that was not their doing) but they came out quickly, communicated the problem and made a repair timely. Never had the issue again! 5 starsLast summer I went with Public Service Solar and couldnt be happier. The quote process was totally painlessno pushy sales tactics, just clear options and answers to every question. Over the past year their app has gotten even better, letting me track usage in real time and pinpoint big energy draws. Im already seeing noticeable savings on my monthly bills, and I expect the system to pay for itself sooner than estimated. 5 starsA review of Public Services Solar.We had our solar install** on January 31, 2023. A month latter Met-** (our electric company) changer our meter to have met-metering. From then to know are bill has been first ***** and for the last year ***** a month. In addition to no longer paying a $275 monthly bill, we have receiv** back from Met-** $451 the first year and $426 for the second year, plus the certificates that we get for every 1k of power we create. This has add** up to about $612 each year, plus as a surprise we receiver a small check form PSS due to not making 40K of power (due to a very cloudy winter). Now as too why we went with ***. We start** to look into solar in early 2022. After going through a large number of different ones (maybe *****) we hit on PSS. In every one prior to PSS we were not told things such as real cost (lots look** cheap until saw that they did not include lot of different items, such as cutoff switches , mongering, grantees of making amount of power, just what paniles were being us**, who would install, peppermints ne**** and so on) all of which would have driven the cost up, or not provide us what we were looking for.When we gave PSS our wants they came back with a cost that we could handle and it includ** everything. We had to do nothing and we got a fully install** system that work** from day one, and had everything that were add ons by others.From PSS was very easy to work with. They kept us inform** as items such as permits, OK by Met-**, loan ne****, etc.The install was done in one day, . They clean** up everything, and test** the system before living. When we had are first 1K they were very helpful in setting up our account with the broker who sold them. They also help** up setup our mentoring subsystem. A short time after we were up and running they had an installer show up to replace an inverter that was not working 100%, and then again to put in a better data module.We strongly recomand them ***** + ***** *****Review fromJoseph H

5 starsI researched 15 to 20 different solar installers, kept coming back to **** at Public solar. True to his word and very easy to deal with. The twist is they use all in house people, no need to worry about different contractors showing up, scheduling, just a 1 stop shop. 1 team 1 excellent result. 5 starsThis company installed my solar panels and I think I chose the right company because they were very hands on from the beginning until post-installation.Cost is also decent and they used the top-tier brands and materials for my solar panels. 5 starsWe had a great experience with Public Service Solar throughout the process. We conducted extensive research into our solar energy options, including requesting bids on EnergySage. We began the process before our utility opened the grid and Public Service Solar was one of a handful of companies that provided us with options, along with associated costs. Public Service Solar gave us detailed and accurate information associated with these options. Ultimately, we decided not to move forward with solar at that time, but a few months later our utility opened its grid. When we learned that the utility opened the grid, our first call was to Public Service Solar. We also sought new bids through EnergySage and independently. The Public Service Solar representatives were flexible and listened carefully to what we expected and included our expectations in their proposed design. When we were ready to move forward, Public Service Solar provided us with a contract that contained reasonable terms. The head of Public Service Solar told us that with Public Service Solar there would be NO hidden costs, and his promise proved true! Even after signing the contract and before installation of the solar system, Public Service Solar continued to answer our questions. On the installation date, the Public Service Solar crew arrived at our house exactly when they promised and quickly installed the system. The Public Service Solar crew patiently answered our questions while they were installing the system. The system was installed flawlessly, with no conduit visible on the outside of our home. The crew cleaned up after the installation. Public Service Solar seamlessly handled the permitting process with our town and the permission to operate application with the utility. Public Service Solar recently installed solar panels on our roof. I chose them after doing extensive research and after receiving several bids, because Public Service Solar provided the best proposal overall, having both a lower cost per watt and a superior design. Their warranties are also excellent. Throughout the design and installation process, they have been professional and great to work with.I *highly* recommend them if you are considering installing solar panels for your house.

Public Service Solar was incredibly informative, patient with my questions and efficient with the contracting process. They provided a great price on high quality panels. I looked up references not just in reviews, but also on Reddit and it was all positive. The installation was quick and clean - the best home project experience of any kind that I have had.
