  Absolutely disgusting, nasty people from the owner down to the workers. They charge astronomical prices "because they can" is what we were told. Way over and above any 'contracted' amount. We asked questions, they got nasty, we questioned the bill, they got nastier. We were degraded, laughed at and treated absolutely disgusting by these people. The law says that we can get our car after hours, for a fee. They told us no way were they doing that. Then told us to get out, they were closed and we were trespassing. Absolutely disgusted. Every review on every platform **************** etc) is the same as mine and says how nasty they treat everyone and overcharge like crazy. They also stole their employee's 401k money and the government had to take them to court to make them pay it back.

  First off we never told them we charge astronomical prices because we can. They were told that they were the contracted rates from the *************** ****************** According to our driver and the police they were told for over 1 week to have the car removed from the street. They choose not to do this so then their car was impounded. They told us that AAA put it there, should have called AAA back and had it moved.Our office was closed on Thanksgiving Day only - we did not charge them for that day. The reason they were told to leave was because they were here for over 1 hour, threatening & cursing out our employees. It was after 5pm when our office closes - they were told the price would remain the same if they came back the following day with the payment , which they never paid on 11/24/23 because they did not have the money.No one in our office degraded or laughed at them, this is what they actually did to our employees.
