    Again for the 10th time Ive had to contact BBB just to get a call back from this company. But Basically Ive bought a Headstone for my mom *************************** that has been with this cemetery. Unfortunately. So now Everything is paid for and Ive paid for a Setter who went to the cemetery 2w ago and the Foundation that I paid $850 for has not been done So when I did get a callback I was told the foundation will be On 3w after my payment. Which has now been about 4wks or more So not only has my *************** not been done yet But they,The Cemetery is wasting my time and the Setters time which went to the cemetery and called me to inform me that my *************** was not done yet. And Im so Disappointed that any Human Being would treat our loved ones with such Disrespect. Because it should not have taken almost 2yrs to have a Headstone placed. All Because of a Cemetery that Has No Respect in treating our loved ones who have done their time here in This life. And all for the Unprofessionalism of a cemetery that shows no respect to our loved ones. But we all should be Mindful. That one day we will be in This same place One Day and we would not like Anyone to treat us with such Disrespect. Just to A Headstone. Thank you BBB for all your help in this matter. And Hopefully my Mom can finally get her Headstone that she Deserves.

    After several months of inquiries family paid foundation for headstone on 5/20/2023. Customer was made aware that foundation takes 6-8 weeks once all paperwork done and foundation is paid. We completed the foundation on Friday 6/16/2023 (within 4 weeks) and notified customer Monday 6/19/2023 that it was set for stone placement.

    This is about the 8th time Ive had to contact BBB about this cemetery and I bought a headstone for my mom *************************** and paid the cemetery for her foundation to be applied as well as I paid for a setter which I understand is the process and the setter was there today But he said that the foundation has not been done. And this is so unprofessional for a cemetery to treat our loved ones in this manner. Something needs to happen to this cemetery to stop them from treating our loved ones in this manner. Not to mention the aggravation Ive been trying to get this stone for my Mom for 2yrs but because of this cemetery unprofessional conduct My Mom Still doesnt have her stone laid because the foundation has not been done yet. Not to mention the waste of time the setter had to deal with today. Please BBB help me get my Moms stone set. Thank you

    Good morning! Again I must Burden The BBB just to get a response from Mt rest cemetery. Im trying to complete my Moms Headstone installation, and Ive obtained a setter and have a balance of $810 to be paid to the cemetery. But I dont have the exact address to send it to and I want to know if theres a faster way for me to make the payment? But for days Ive contacted the cemetery and still havent received a response. And Im now delaying the setter to have the stone delivered. But this is so Sad that I have to contact the BBB just to get a response from a cemetery who is watching over our loved ones. Thank you ??

    My Mom *************************** is buried at mount rest cemetery in ** and Ive been trying to get her a Headstone and have been trying to contact this cemetery for 2months but they only have answering service who contact the company and they are supposed to contact you back and I only received one phone call back and was given the location of where my mom was and they gave me a company to buy the headstone from but I didnt like the stones they had so no I have a company thats going to make the stone and they just need the size of stone I can purchase so Ive been trying to get this stone done before the New year But still no one has returned my phone call and now my moms Birthday is on the 13 of this Month and now I cant get her a stone for her Birthday. This company is shameful to be treating Grieving Familys and the Deceased in this way. Im so sorry ?? That I buried my mom at this Cemetery. And now I cant even get a phone call back so that I can get my Mom a Headstone. ????
