    Terrible service. Never received a broken down invoice for services rendered. Also, was charged for two services and only one was completed. Made five phone calls and left messages before finally getting to speak to somebody on my fifth call. He was very rude and wouldnt let me get a word in edgewise. I was charged almost $400 for two 20 minute visits. I called to ask about the price and was told it was the cost of the job itself. I was under the impression that they charged by the hour. It took the guy a total of 20 minutes to fix. Other problem did not get fixed because when I told him where the shut off valve was, which happened to be in my crawlspace, he got an attitude. Obviously, he didnt want to have to go down there. So I told him to forget it. Therefore, second job was not completed. I asked for a breakdown of the invoice, and was never sent it. Would never recommend or use this company again!!

    Incompetent, unprofessional, and inconsiderate Kitchenaid had my dishwasher repaired with this business. Overall, my experience with them is an ongoing nightmare. Short version is, my dishwasher had issues but at least was functional. After they came to fix it, they broke the panel which made it completely broken. They refused to provide any alternative help (like a loaner), denied their promised date to fix it for multiple times, got the wrong parts and even their supervisor tried to deny their own negligence in the phone.     Most **************** EVER! Money Hungry from the minute he walked in the door. never listened to what was wrong with Washer. Only based his service on what his computer said. Major leak and could not find where the problem was! Never cleaned up after himself. Very Rude and EXTREMLY EXTREMLY way to costly. DO NOT EVER USE! They Never fixed the entire problem and wanted more money to come back out. BE FORWARNED Do NOT EVER USE THEM!!! If I could rate them as a zero I would
