    Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because:

Your continuous claim that I am a liar is just your way of intimidation and it does not match up with the facts.

If you read my initial complaint, it clearly states that I was aware of your $89 service visit/trip diagnose fee. A charge that was supposed to have been deducted from the repairs, based on my conversation with your dispatcher and your Ad (attached). Instead, I was charged $189, in addition to the cost of repairs and charges for parts that were not repaired or replaced. (but feel free to refer to the recorded conversation with your dispatcher, I never received).

The only proof you provided, was an emailed work-order/invoice receipt with someone else’s esignature (NOT MINE) & my check. The invoice was signed but NOT by me and I have multiple documents to prove that esignature on your work-order/invoice is not mine. I only, paid because I had too much going on that day but I questioned your Tech ***** ****** on the charges before paying. He said, he had no control on pricing, that I needed to speak with his boss. After he took my check, he said, he will be right back, he was going to park right outside of the area because he had no reception. I said, “Ok, are you going by the pool area”? He said, “yes”. I said, “I will wait for you here”. My friend & I waited for him to come back but he did not. I drove by the swimming pool area & he was not there. At that point, I hadn’t noticed he also charged for parts that he did not install nor repaired. I have a dated & time stamped picture that confirms this.

Also, why not have ***** ******(technician)answer the questions in writing, himself?

In my 30 plus years of home ownership, I have never encounter a service company so dishonest and deceiving with their customers.

    Regards,

I'm truly sorry it got to this point but I'm not surprised. I do everything possible to make things Right,I truly believe customers are always right. The only exception to this rule is when a customer lies and tries to manipulate me for a monetary gain.  You claimed we never told you that there was $89 minimum fee I sent you the recording of your conversation with the dispatcher. Our technician provided you with pricing and you signed the agreement. After the work was completed you also signed completed work order. You had many options and opportunities to say no to the work and we would have moved on. We would even have waived the $89 door fee. But to lie and say you never agreed or signed any of the documents is unacceptable I've already provided you with all the proof. Honestly goes a long way with me.

I am rejecting this response because: They are rejecting my claim, yet they have not provided any proof to the contrary.  They know they did wrong & people should be aware.
