    Yesterday the board received an email requesting a password reset for our rescue's Nanochip account. We did not see this email until after the company had illegally changed our login information to that of the terminated ex president's information. **************** had used our email in his from line in order to get Nanochip to ***** him access to the rescue's account for the microchips that were donated to the rescue and that the rescue has possession of, some of which have already been injected into animals.... Now, the ex president, who was voted off the board due to a long history with animal control now has access to all of those microchips and of course this company has no customer service contact number to quickly resolve this situation!!!!**************** was voted out November 2023 and has not been involved with the rescue since. He refuses to let go and keeps contacting places trying to hold on. Nanochip has no reason to have *****ed him access to the account when ***** was asking for the account to be changed from the rescue owned email of ******************* to his personal email of ********************************* WHY a company would change access from the official rescue owned domain name to a random gmail is disturbing to say the least. This means anyone can contact them with false claims and gain access to accounts they have no rights to!!!!
