    My family gets repairs done at Caldwell Tire. On one occasion my husband left his car for **** to repair the breaks, the car was not touched a whole day and no communication from ****. - Today I had my washer pump replaced and windshield wipers. ****, didn't call or text regarding my cost that I owe him, but told me that he texted me and I haven't heard back? the cost of repair was $136.47 (prior to me showing up it was $145 when I called to see if my car was ready) I drove home and realized that I paid $36 plus tax for the wiper blades (2) and they were not the right size. I called **** and came back for the 2nd time to his shop. He told me that the wrong blades were placed in the box. That's not his fault and come back the next day in the morning and he will order the right size of blades. I came back 3rd time in the morning and he replaced the blades. As I drove off I noticed the blades are not cleaning the whole window, there is a part that's left and came back 4th time at noon to see why my blades that I paid over $40 (w taxes) are still not cleaning my windows completely? **** would argue hard and not leave my car and told me that I am crazy and they are working fine. **** unprofessionalism and constant lying makes this business seem like a fraud. Asking a customer pay a certain fee without communication that this is what the repair will cost is stealing. Lies about texts, wrong blades installed (other company's fault), not responding to my husband for a whole day and left him without a car for a full day without any work getting done is also fraudulent as I am a corporate auditor in my profession. Company should have integrity and honestly and calling someone crazy and out of line (**** pay me back the money as I asked you and give me back my blades). Enough stealing from customers with faulty excuses. I asked you for that didn't I. Will never recommend you to anyone in the area.
