      There is only one employee at this place, **** ****. He also owned *******************. The executive assistant of ******************* just so happens to be the co owner of the debt collection agency and the notary on their paperwork, ****** ****. This place as well as *******************, the lawyer that represents them, ******* *******, and the debt agent they use, professional solutions group LLC are all full of bs. Why haven't they been shut down already? Guess its up to me.

      The seller sent the wrong product that I asked for, did not respond to my requests, the product has defects (crack), refuses to make compensation, it is better to save your time and money by not dealing with him!

      Slime qb engine claiming 141k miles engine they sent out was high milage rebuildable core they refused to work with me after sterling my money

      Very shady business no honor in there service. I wish I would have seen the reviews before purchase, no one ever calls you back and it's a back and forth situation when it's time for a refund. please beware of the shady tactics my auto store uses. I wish I could leave no stars but site won't process the review

      HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE AND TOTAL NIGHTMARE!!!! This company Lies about providing a 6 month warranty on a transmission only to not honor it. They claim to test all part and guarantee that they are in working order. When you inform them that it doesn't work properly, then they try to tell you steps they want you to take to ensure it will work. Oh, and not to mention they won't communicate with the buyer, they only want to communicate with the mechanic. I spent my money and should know everything going on, and not on behalf of my mechanic. If they truly test parts, there should be no reason I would have to pay for additional modifications. Then when you try to inform them of their lies and how they should honor their warranty, they act like infants and reject your claim. I wish I had checked here for reviews before purchasing, and I definitely wouldn't be at loss of money, time and transmission. And that the fact they are not actually accredited through BBB, let people know they are fraudulent in their practices. I truly hope no one else has to go through this. If there is ever a class action law suit, I'm in!

      DO NOT BUY PARTS FROM MY AUTO STORE !!!!!! I bough a transmission and it was bad, I asked for the warranty now they start playing games on the phone by transferring me to others and they don't answer. I'm seeing the same issue with other customers in ****** reviews. I'm reporting this to the Better Business Bureau, the ** **************************** and I'm getting my attorney involve also. The "FIVE STAR REVIEWS ARE FAKE" READ THE BAD REVIEWS THEY ARE REAL. Talked to the local auto repair facilities and they said they don't buy from them anymore because they stop being honest. ONE STAR IS TOO MUCH FOR THEM

      Stay away i bought a engine that was complete junk put the money into it al gasket in order for themto honor the warranty .so the motor had a bD knock and blue smoke when first started. They sent me a replacement ..first it showed up laying on its side,then noticed the water pipe on back of engine was cut intentionally and recently caue the metal shavings were all over the palet .after payng once agzin for ne gaskets it was completely rusted an what wasn't rusted was encased in a layer of greese also oil pan had almost a cup of sand and water in it and the power sterring mount that is part of the block cracked .so i contact themtheybsay send it back after we inspect it well process refund.they got it back 2 days ago.andwhat a supries they are claiming what ws returned was damaed i explained thats exactly how I recieved it an i did notify them explaining the exactsame damages. Ok after that they claim thats not the motor they shipped me cause there is no engraving on it i looked at the other engine from them and there is nothing on that one either i am not a junk yard the keeps enginsllayibg around so the battel begins. They shouldn't be aloud to sell anything.

      I bought engine received it finally and wite harness was cut. Put eng8ne in and no compression on #1 was told I'd get full refund and they took ***** still they are a thif and lie

      Absolutely bizarro, mega shady place. I mean, this "sales" guy today didnt know the difference between a crew cab silverado and a quad cab. which a quad cab doesnt even exist for GM, thats Dodge phraeology. I get it, its confusing, but your doing this for a living, learn you business! Anyways the part i purchased was totally mis labelled online., and I travelled 3 hours to get there. Wont go back.

      CAN I GIVE A MINUS RATING? DID NOT ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I EXISTED UNTIL I WENT FULL ***** ON THEM AFTER A 10 DAY WAIT FROM ME. THEN THEY SENT THE WRONG PART ANYWAY. I AM NOT IMPRESSED. I usually do a check on a company before I make any purchase. I did not do that this time. If I had, I would not made a purchase from them.
