      Ive been using Tweeds for 9 Years. I sent in my comforter to get dry cleaned, and upon return I noticed a huge hole. I contacted them immediately and asked for reimbursement. Theyve held on to my Comforter for 2 months. Tried maybe two times to call me to discuss but thats it. Ive called every day for the last two months and they keep saying the manager is on vacation. And on the one text I received, they tried to not take blame.

      Hi,

      We have resolved this issue with the customer. We explained that the hole was due to normal wear and tear due to the age of the duvet cover. We have a record of this duvet cover being older than 5 years and consistent with normal wear and tear with fraying around the edges of the hole. We did extend $125 credit towards the account to show our appreciation for being a long standing Tweeds customer for 9 years. Additionally we are repairing the hole to the best of our ability free of charge. The customer did accept our offer.
