I am an IDP for Snyders/***** since Campbell's bought the company I have literally fight for credits owed to me, when I am sent incorrect product on their end, damaged product, out of date or close dated product from their warehouse instead of issuing refund they take the product out of IDP pay, and that is just the tip of the iceberg. They are doing this to probably hundreds of other IDP's. This is a violation of contract as well as 100% wage theft. If you contact me directly I can give you more details copy of contract etc. whatever is needed .....I have not been paid for almost 2 months. Still running route and making sales that management gets bonuses off of. This company is crooked and they need to be held accountable for doing this to honest hard working families. Over 7 billion net worth as of Feb. 2025, we know why .I need help and resources of where to turn, management does not give higher *** contact information, and they do not respond or help with the issues, they ignore them but still getting paid off my sales. Whatever guidance can be offered would be great. Justice needs to be served some way. This is crazy that this Company is operating this way , they used to be an honest company until Campbell's came into the pictureInitial Complaint

Right, so I contacted Campbells regarding the discontinuation of the Spaghettios with Sliced Franks (original not that franks hot abomination) as there are thousands of customers angry about this. I wanted a direct answer as to why a product that remains popular with a dedicated fan base and customer support (there is a petition and subreddit about this). What I got was general oh but it’s not popular so discontinued answers. Oh, and a mailed coupon (seriously?). What exactly do you think someone would want a coupon for when you’ve discontinued the product they purchase? Is your Franks Hot version SO popular it replaces the sales for the original? That’s an extremely specific flavor, so please, elaborate. I’m not going to use your coupon on something else, your other products have become so subpar I’ve had to go to other brands and make things at home because it’s an embarrassment that the quality of product is so bad. I’m not sure who you think you can buy off with a coupon and generalized platitudes, but it’s not me. Bring back the original sliced franks. Stop the dancing around and answer your thousands of customers you left confused and angry by this decision. And no thanks to your spicy version since I CANNOT EAT IT due to esophageal conditions preventing me from doing so. Like thanks for replacing the item I could eat with one I literally can’t and then sending me a coupon that’s literally useless to me. Seriously. What happened to this company? Is the greed so pervasive that it’s just the entire culture now? I hope everyone who is/was a fan sees this and moves to another brand. FYI people, they have been watering down their soup broths and removing ingredients to give you less. Progresso’s soup is a better price AND has more ingredients in it. **** ***** ****** is a billionaire profiteering off shrinkflation and discontinuing products that don’t make her and her companies crooked investors even more billions. Looking at you ***** **** & ********.Initial Complaint

Cambells soup company recently bought ***** for 2.7 billion dollars. Raos marinara sauce was included in this acquisition.Campbell's soup company has altered the recipe by incorporating inferior ingredients resulting in a less tasty product. I believe they are deceiving buyers and consumers by doing this. All everyone wants moving forward is for Campbell's soup company to not let greed & corporate agenda ruin the best Italian sauce every made. Additionally I would ask Campbell's soup company to drastically reduce the price of there sauce and be honest with there consumers. I've always said even during covid, it's okay to cut corners, but don't lie to your customers, offer the same good product at a higher price if nessisary, and offer the alternative you are selling now at a lower cost. And ********** is garbage! As soon as I bought one and read the ingredients my heart sank. I knew something had changed. I hate companies that do this to the working class. American morale is at an all time low and decisions like this add fuel to the fire.Initial Complaint

I have used Campbell's microwavable soups for years without incident. However, I used "Campbell's Sipping Soup, ************** Round Noodle Soup, ***** Oz Microwavable Cup" in two different microwaves and even though I followed their directions each time like I have for years, I now have two microwaves that don't work. As soon as I hit the start button the microwave goes blank. Their product has a metal ring built into their metal cup that they insist is safe to microwave and I am ********% sure is the culprit for my fried microwaves. Yet, when I contacted them about the issue, they did not acknowledge the issue and instead told me, "We work hard to ensure the food we make meets safety and quality standards. We carefully choose the ingredients we use and have robust preparation processes in place to ensure the quality of our products." Then the conclude that they hope I try there microwavable soup again! How? How can I try it again when I have two fried microwaves! Would anyone in their right mind try their unsafe product in their microwave a third time? They sent coupons for more soup which I cannot cook because I have two fried microwaves! I am so frustrated with their response and I think the Better Business Bureau should know about a product frying microwaves that claims to be microwavable. The least they could do is offer to repair or replace my microwaves. In addition their microwavable products should possible be recalled until they can re-ensure they no longer fry people's microwaves. Having your microwave get fried using an approved microwavable product is total unsafe and unacceptable. Thanks for your time.Initial Complaint

On 9/21/2023 I contacted the Campbell ******** by email reporting that I had just found a rock like object in my soup (Chunky New England Clam Chowder) which cut my tongue. I immediately got a phone call from them and was asked to return the object in a prepaid envelope they would send me. I did that. I heard nothing and emailed them on 10/13 as I was concerned as to what the object was and how it ended up in my chowder. Not knowing where that object had been prior to ending up in my soup I got more aprehensive daily. I got a reply on 10/14 telling me "a thorough examination can be a lengthy process". I replied on 10/14 stating my displeasure with their lack of concern. The item was returned to me soon after - then nothing. I again emailed them on 11/18 still with no update from them. I have now received a letter from them dated 11/14 basically saying that they have no idea how the rock/pebble got in my soup and they regret this but thanks for bringing this to their attention. Looks to me like this is the end of this as far as they are concerned. I think the public needs a lot more protection when a company selling what we consume is not made liable for contamination in their product. I was not even offered a refund for purchasing this. Other companies have pulled their products when objects are found in their food.Initial Complaint

Opening a can of tomato soup pull tab on Friday October 14th 2022 and cut the pinky finger on my hand when the pull tab lid mis-functioned and sliced through the finger. I filled a whole garbage can up with paper towels that were filled with blood from my finger. The finger throbbed and really hurt and weekend long. By Wednesday it was feeling ************* and it burst back open again and so my finger has been bleeding for almost a week now. It really needed stitches but I waited too long. It took 6 hours to get the finger to stop bleeding in the first place. We called Campbell's Soup Company and left messages but no one returned the calls. Not only that my finger is still hurting and will have a huge scar on it for the rest of my life. I am very afraid to open any kind of can after this incident. I do have some photos and witness to incident.
