    I legally occuppied this unit 10/08/2024. Linda CS agent refused to start a new customer account 10/2024, Linda CS agent refused to start new customer account 11/2024 etc etc. 01/2025 Linda was on conference with managemant company(Abe G. llc) and I, Linda agreed with manager Jeffrey B. to transfer previous/tenant ***** ******** customer bill to current/tenant ******** ****** because bill went from $8,115.97 down to $3,359.21 and it needed to be resolved by new tenant that has no relationship and knowledge of previuos tenant. Jeffrey B.  stated on confer. call he's not responisible I concurred and on 03/26/2025 a bill of $3,582.48 was recieved postal mail. I called Linda multiple times after recieving bill stated it was and error the account are accurrate and the usage was inaccurate. I requested supervisor Paula several times no response with 24 48 72 hours nothing.
